Formed only one year ago, the charity driven One Theater Group is putting on its third production at the Fairhaven Town Hall Auditorium.

The family- friendly "James and the Giant Peach" opens tonight and tells the story of a young orphaned boy's adventure as he travels atop a giant peach with his creep-crawly (but friendly) fellow characters to escape his two evil aunts.

"James and the Giant Peach" is directed by Gregory Silver, produced by Ashley Bendiksen and features several members of the local Southcoast community.

With each show, the profits are donated to a local charity. For this production, 100% of the profits are going to Horizons for Children, an agency which seeks to help children living in shelters. All of the profits will be allotted to 25 shelters in Southeastern Massachusetts that work with Horizons for Children.

Performances include:

Thursday 10/15 @ 7pm

Friday 10/16 @ 7pm

Saturday 10/17 @ 7pm

Sunday 10/18 @ 3pm

*All performances will take place at the Fairhaven Town Hall Auditorium
