No More Naked Body Scanners For Logan Or Other U.S. Airports
They leave nothing to the imagination, and they are being scrapped by the TSA.
The scanners produce a naked image of travelers who pass through them, but the company that builds them has not been able to come up with software modifications that Congress has demanded.
Those changes would offer more passenger privacy. There are 174 in operation, but the TSA said they will all be gone by June.
