We all know the internet can be really mean sometimes, even to pregnant women.According to Buzzfeed.com, some typical keyboard courage lead to a Canadian news anchor receiving some pretty harsh criticism over her maternity clothes she wore during two separate pregnancies.

Kristi Gordon, Global BC's chief meteorologist made an announcement on-air that she would be expecting her second child. She asked the fashion critics watching to take it easy on her in the months coming, because apparently viewers were pretty cruel with her last baby.

This plea for mercy only made the internet more angry and vengeful.

She received even more hate mail, and decided she would read some of them on the air:

“Nowhere on North America TV have we seen a weather reader so gross as you,” it said. “Your front end looks like the Hindenburg and your rear end looks like a brick [censored] house… We now turn off Global.”

“Buy some decent clothes and have some respect for your unborn child. You’re not the first pregnant woman. OMG.”

Now, if you look at some of Kristi's clothing during her pregnancy, you'll see the internet is totally overreacting. In fact, I really liked some of her outfits.

Well, the Glinda to the internet's Wicked Witch of The West, decided Kristi had been through enough.  Kristi began getting tweets from all around supporting her and her growing belly.
