New NFL Clear Bags Come To Gillette Stadium

We learned earlier this summer that the NFL was going to unleashing its new policy on handbags. The new rule bans purses and backpacks from stadiums, and only clear bags will be allowed in. 

This new rule is coming to Gillette Stadium just in time for the Patriots pre-season game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Friday night.

For those of you planning on going to a Patriots' game this pre-season or regular season and beyond, you will not be allowed to bring in a purse, or backpack. We assume this will also include such things as diaper bags.

So what is permitted? Gallon size clear ziploc bags, or the officially licensed NFL bags that will be made available at stadiums(pictured below).
