New England Patriot Jerod Mayo Calling It Quits

On February 16th, 2016 at 6:15 PM... New England Patriot Player Jerod Mayo announced his retirement via Instagram.

Due to multiple injuries throughout his career with the New England Patriots, Mayo was placed on the injured list. Upon making his decision, Mayo went public through his personal Instagram stating this:

It's safe to say that he will be greatly missed by his fellow Patriots Nation. His skill and talent contributed to New England's success over the past eight years.
