According to NBC 10 News, the flasher that exposed himself on several occasions to students on the UMass Dartmouth campus has been identified.

19-year-old Patrick Brown of Ledyard, Connecticut has admitted to "serial flashing" on the UMass campus in multiple incidents in November and December.

Brown was tracked down by police after leaving a note with his phone number on the car that belonged to the fifth victim.

While there have been five separate incidents involving Brown on the campus, he has only been charged with one. He will be arraigned in February and according to school records, Brown is on interim suspension.
