New Bedford Students Drinking Black Market Chocolate Milk?

According to the Standard Times, students at Greater New Bedford Vocational-Technical High School are now buying smuggled-in chocolate syrup and paying 50 cents for a squeeze to liven up their white milk.

Flavored milk and several other unhealthy foods were banned at the beginning of this school year.

“Of course they got rid of dessert, (but) flavored milk … I don’t understand why we can’t have that,” one student told the paper.

I can't believe this..we now live in a country where this happens? Unhealthy Food is one thing, but Chocolate Milk? how about Ovaltine? you know..the "healthier" stuff. This is just un-American damn it!

I think the kids at Voke should be able to have chocolate milk...and at every American High School..
