Police arrested a New Bedford man late last night on charges that he broke into the Savers thrift store on King's Highway.  Police spotted 44-year-old Julio Teixeira inside the fenced-in area near the loading dock of the store.  As they approached him, he fled on foot and had to be tackled.   Inside his van, Police found several televisions and a computer monitor that had been taken from the store.  Teixeira is being arraigned today in New Bedford District Court.
