30-year-old Johnny Hernandez has been charged with larceny of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 50 feet of a building, breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, and with intent to murder.    This follows a four-hour standoff with police that happened last evening on Phillips Road in New Bedford.   Shots were fired, causing part of Route 140 to be closed down in both directions.  Hernandez has a record in New Bedford District Court.   There have been charges of assault, breaking and entering and drug possession.  He has convictions of possession of class B substance, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and resisting arrest.  He is still on probation.
