New Bedford Animal Control Officer Manny Maciel Calls Fun 107 After Dead Animals Found In Apartment

A disturbing scene on South Second Street, New Bedford last night. After calls were made to police about a "foul smell", police found 23 dead animals mixed in with 23 malnourished animals living in squalor in a one bedroom apartment. New Bedford Animal Control Officer Manny Maciel told the Fun 107 morning show what he found in that apartment last night.
