First they introduced new colors. The 6S will be available in silver, gold, rose gold and space grey. The Plus also returns with a 5.5-inch display. Both boast a new glass that's "incredibly durable."

Apple also confirmed 3D Touch which is the newest feature of the IPhone.  3D Touch is a new way to interact with the phone. It's pressure sensitive, so it will read your inputs based on how hard or soft you press on the screen. If you press hard it will give you a quick access to a link or message without coming out of the app you are working in. If you press even deeper it will open the application the link is to. On App icons, you can press harder to access quick links from the app. This feature is the most extreme difference on the new IPhone.

The camera is also a drastic difference with a whopping 12 megapixels, which is 50% more than before. The front facing camera is 5 megapixels.

The iPhone 6S and 6S Plus start at $199 and $299 respectively. Pre-orders start September 12, and will launch on September 25. But IOS 9 will be available September 16th,.
