With Michael Jackson's famous Neverland Ranch up for sale, there's a number of bidders with interesting ideas for the strange complex.

According to Uproxx.com, MJ's kooky mansion is listed at $75 million dollars. Many of the proposals feature a "Graceland-type thing."

For those who aren't familiar with the Graceland reference, it's Elvis Presley's house-turned-museum/memorial for the King.

For those who don't know who Elvis is, well I can't help you there.

Anyway, one proposal was a little more unique than the others. One businessman offered $40 million to turn the 2,700-acre property into a sex-assault rehab facility, complete with trained therapists using techniques to improve the victims' self-esteem on their road to recovery.

Apparently, one of Jackson's former estate executors didn't like the idea, saying he was "frustrated, bitterly disappointed and saddened that it has come to this."

The property will likely go to the highest bidder, so we'll see what becomes of Michael Jackson's amusement park rides and pet tigers.
