Netflix Has Announced A New Unlimited Maternity Leave Program

Netflix has introduced a new program which allows their employees who are new mothers an "unlimited" maternity leave.While maternity leave is not a concept that is new to many people within the workforce, there is often a struggle that is associated with it. When a woman has a child, maternity leave can be often times be met with financial struggles, time commitment issues, and anxiety from being separated from the new born baby.

However, that may soon become a thing of the past as Netflix has a new "unlimited" maternity leave program.

With a program such as the one introduced at Netflix, women are now being allowed an unlimited amount of time to adjust to parenthood, recover from birth and slowly work their way back to a full time schedule.

The company claims that it hopes to offer the only the best services so as to keep the best employees satisfied with their working environment which in turn leads to the best services for the company's customers.

Another fact about this new instatement is that not only do the mothers receive this service but fathers are able to receive paternity leave as well. The maternity/paternity leave can last up to a year and is an all paid and all inclusive leave of absence.
