National Grid has put out a statement saying for it's customers to expect a rise in their electric bill this Winter.

According to news center, WCVB, a supply and demand of limited gas is causing National Grid's electric bills to sky rocket by this Winter. The company says customers will see an average 37% raise on their electric bill.

The office of Energy and Environment has stated that, "The rate highlights the need for our continued aggressive investment in efficiency and a diverse energy mix to maintain energy price stability".
