This is Gracie, she's one of my four cats and she is quite the character.

I probably talk about her the most and that's because she's the most badly behaved out of all of my cats. My boy kitties, Oliver and Jack, are absolute treasures, perfectly behaved in every way. My other girl, Frances, is great too, but the poor little darlin' is afraid of everything, including me, my husband and the other cats, so she hides a lot. Gracie on the other hand, she fears absolutely nothing! Even when she was a brand new kitten, at just six weeks old, she had no fear. She would tackle the other cats even though she was far smaller, and chase them around the house without a care in the world. She rules the roost and she knows it.

Queen Gracie does whatever she wants and I am not really sure how to stop her. I have developed a system recently to try to keep her from taking over when it's time to eat. If I left it up to her, she'd eat her bowl of food and everyone else's too. So, for the past couple of months, I have been feeding the other three cats in one room and Gracie in another, to give everyone a fair chance at getting food!

I started noticing that Gracie has an adorably hilarious way of eating her food. She doesn't just stick her face into the bowl and chow down...she daintily sticks her little paw in the bowl and slowly pulls out one morsel of food at a time. It's so funny to watch! I've never seen any of my other cats do this, they just eat the food normally...but not her...one piece of food, one paw at a time...I laugh every time I see her do it! I've never heard of any other cats that do this, and I'm wondering if mine is the only one? Do you have a cat that eats this way, or have you ever seen a cat that does?
