Mrs. Delia Silva from the Pulaski School New Bedford Named Fun 107 Teacher of the Month

I had the pleasure of visiting the Pulaski School this morning to award Mrs. Delia Silva the Fun 107/Bank 5 Teacher of the Month. We decided to honor her after receiving a note from the parent of one of her students:

Mrs. Silva is a fun teacher and is great with all the kids.  She is kind, patient and very caring for all her students.  My daughter has learned so much in her class.  Mrs. Silva is very helpful and patient with my daughter and her speech problems.   She goes over and beyond for all her students.  --Tracy Rose

The children enjoyed a Domino's Pizza party, followed by dessert from Emma Jean's Cupcake Factory Ice Cream Shoppe and Candy House. Mrs. Silva was showered with flowers from Treeland, a plaque from Dartmouth Gifts and Engraving, and gift cards to the Ruby Room and A & A Jewelers, and dinner at the Pasta House from Hamel, Waxler, Allen and Collins. Congratulations to Mrs. Silva!
