Mother’s Day Tiara 5k

I love Spring and the commencement of the 5k strings in the area. One of my favorites is the Mother's Day Tiara 5k that takes place annually in Mattapoisett. If you are a runner and haven't discovered this gem of a race, make a point of registering this year. Not only is the race scenic, taking you to and through Ned's Point, it also supports a great cause and organization.

The Wome's Fund hosts the race every year, with proceeds supporting programs for under-served women and girls in the community. for more information, click here.  You can also start a team or join a team that is already formed.
