Morning Talker: Stunt On The Red Line And A Snowy Sea Turtle

For today's Morning Talker, we spoke with the ABC6 newsroom about a crazy stunt performed on the red line and a sea turtle made out of snow.

Our first topic today was about a viral video going around about a 23 year old man who did a stunt flip across the red line. A crazy thing to do but he did make it to the other side without getting hurt and it looked pretty impressive. Since he did the stunt back in December, he called it his trick of the year. The MBTA called it something else entirely, calling it "an incredibly foolish and extraordinarily stupid act." I couldn't help myself from telling my son that that was actually me in the video. I had to eventually tell him the truth in case he tries to one day attempt something crazy like that.

After that we spoke about a winter wonderland that included a giant turtle. Three brothers from Minnesota, Trevor, Austin and Connor Bartz, made a huge sea turtle with snow from 11 of their neighbor's yard and from a nearby tennis court. The entire structure is 12 feet tall, 37 feet long and 31 feet wide! The structure looks awesome. We spoke about what we use to do as kids, like building big forts but never something as huge and detailed as this!
