Missing Westport Dog [PHOTO]

Have you seen this missing dog?

A tannish/brown Male Olde English Bulldog by the name of 'Boomer' has gone missing in Westport and Owner Jacob Almeida is asking for the communities help.

"He got spooked by a falling item in the garage and ran off. He’s never done this before." Almeida told Fun 107.

The Almeida family lives within the Gifford Rd area between Route 6 and Highway 177. Their dog Boomer has reportedly gone missing since the morning of Wednesday, December 27th, 2017 around 10:30 AM.

Almeida states that Animal control has been contacted, but there has been no sign of him yet.

"He’s very friendly, but may not approach you. Please do not chase." Almeida says.

A reward will be offered to anyone who helps bring this Westport family's dog home safely.
