Miss Venezuela Is Asked Question About Laws, Responds With Gibberish [VIDEO]

The 2012 Miss Universe pageant was shown on television last night for millions to see. Miss Venezuela probably wishes she took the night off.

This clip reminds us a lot of the infamous Miss Teen South Carolina moment when she tried to explain education, or maps, or whatever. Miss Venezuela was asked a pretty simple question about what law she would create, and maybe it just didn't translate for us.

She said something about the constitution, surfing and life. We however didn't hear anything about laws new or old. Thank you Vegas!
