Miley Cyrus Got A Tattoo, and You’ll Never Guess Where

My, my Miley.  It seems that if it's out-of-the-box and strange, Miley Cyrus jumps to the front of the line.   Now that she has scored her first-ever cover of Rolling Stone magazine, she seems to have labeled herself as a rolling stone. 

The cover shows a topless Miley barely covering herself at the edge of a swimming pool.  She told the mag's editor that she wanted them to do something "fun," so they headed to a tattoo parlor.   Now she has "Rolling $tone" on the bottom of her feet.

It's the same interview where she gives some tough love to Justin Bieber.  She said people don't take him seriously because he hasn't made the transition like she has.   Miley also talks about her performance at the VMA's.
