I don't understand why she is trying to deny it her cookie cut Disney "image" is already done for and in the picture the female not only has short bleach blonde hair but she also has an engagement ring and equality ink similar to Miley..At this point celebrities smoking weed is no longer shocking to us "normal" people so just be a women and fess up to it..girrrl!!..
