I try my hardest to maintain my voice, I mean it is the most important part of my job, so I make sure to drink lots of water throughout the day. At my doctor's appointment yesterday I was told that I am still dehydrated and that is because I sleep with my mouth open. The doctor suggests that I start taping my mouth shut before I fall asleep to help keep it closed and to force me to breath through my nose. She said that I lose roughly 2 liters of water a night by sleeping with my mouth open. Click below to listen to us talking about it this morning.
