Conrad Murray was released from a Los Angeles jail early Monday morning.  He served only 2 years of a four-year sentence for giving Michael Jackson a deadly dose of propofol.   The former doctor was reportedly let out of jail early because of standard good-behavior credits.

Murray has insisted that he did nothing wrong in his treatment of Michael Jackson.   His lawyers argued that Jackson himself likely administered the fatal dose when the doctor was out of the room.   Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in November of 2011.
