Mesa 21 Set to Re-Open Tomorrow

After a fire destroyed the restaurant in May of 2014, rumor has it that Mesa 21 in Fall River is set to re-open tomorrow, November 10. 

The new Mesa 21 will feature a restaurant on the first floor and function room on the second floor. Fans of the restaurant have been anxiously awaiting it's reopening, some even joking that they're going to camp out outside the restaurant Black Friday-style.

As one very loyal patron said, "I've been waiting 555 days for this."   We can't wait, either and hope this rumor is true- we're having some serious margherita pizza withdrawals!  The new restaurant is still located at its original 21 Lindsey Street location and will feature 86 seats and a bar downstairs, a new  pizza oven and a function room upstairs. Mesa 21 originally opened in August of 2007.

We wish the Sousa brothers the best with the new Mesa buildings and hope the chaos that comes with the long-awaited opening is the good kind!
