For 40 years, the world's number 1 condiment company has supplied the world's number 1 fast-foot chain with their ketchup.  Now, McDonald's has decided to no longer use the Heinz brand of ketchup.

The fast-food giant announced on Friday that it is cutting ties with Heinz.   A former Burger King CEO became the head of Heinz in June.   They added that as a result of management changes at Heinz, they've decided to transition to other suppliers.

McDonald's will not say who is now supplying them with their ketchup.  The packaging simple says "McDonald's Finest Ketchup."
