Two bear cubs are safe and sound today thanks to Massahcusetts State Police officers.

I imagine they don't train you to save bear cubs at the police academy, but Trooper Tim Harris got to do just that anyway.

Massachusetts State Police posted about the bear rescue on their Facebook page yesterday, saying Trooper Harris from the Northhampton Barracks teamed up with wildlife officials in Williamsburg to help move the mama bear and her baby bears away from major roadways.

The relocation went smoothly and the bears now have a safer place to live.

And check out these cute faces they got to save (and cuddle a bit)
