Remember all those times your Mom and Dad told you if you didn't get good grades in school you'd end up flipping burgers and fries at McDonald's forever? It appears a McDonald's in Massachusetts has raised their standards and if you wanted to be a cashier, you'll now need a bachelor's degree. Huh?

According to The Washington Examiner, a McDonald’s in Winchedon, MA recently posted a job listing for a full-time cashier that listed a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years experience as requirements.

Get a weekly paycheck with a side order of food, folks and fun.

Now, there's nothing wrong with working in the fast food industry. As kids, a majority of us tap into that line of work because it's easy money and teaches you the importance of earning an income and respecting your boss while you prepare for college so you can get a better job. I even did it working at Burger King in high school.

But, unless you're applying for a manager position at McDonald's, and haven't put in at least 10 years in the business, I don't see a bachelor's degree flying for a cashier position anytime soon.

The FUN Morning Show decided to call and see if there were any openings available. Bachelor's degrees equal big money after all. Listen to the call below.
