Mary Murphy, ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Judge, Loses Big Case To Former Manager

Getty Images

If you watch ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ on FOX, you know that judge Mary Murphy can be a bit over the top. Turns out , there might be a reason for that. A while back, TMZ broke a story that Mary Murphy’s former manager was suing her, and accusing her of being a cocaine addicted nymphomaniac. One judge partially agrees with those claims.

Murphy has lost the case (somewhat) to her former manager. He claims that Murphy screwed him out of commission after firing him, and a judge has awarded him $206,106. It’s just a fraction of the $1 million he was seeking. He’ll also get 10% of royalties that Murphy makes from ‘So You Think You Can Dance’.
