I don't know about anyone else reading this, but I think there is just too much hype on this "Curiosity" Mars Rover thing. I'm sure a lot of sci-fi nuts and nerds will disagree because we're exploring the final frontier, and going where no man has gone before, but the pictures and videos NASA are posting online are not "wowing" me.

Looks like just plain ol' dirt to me. I think I've realized what it is. Total Recall with Arnold Schwartza-however you spell his last name has implanted an image in my head of what Mars should look like. Who knows? Maybe someday we'll "get to the shuttle" and live on the red planet, but until then save those pictures for someone who cares.
