Man Sues McDonald’s Over A Napkin [POLL]

Webster Lucas, of Pacoima, CA, is suing McDonald's for $1.5 million because he only received ONE napkin with his Quarter Pounder Deluxe. According to TMZ, after asking for more napkins, the manager rudely told him he already had gotten them.

Lucas said to the manager, "I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat." It was the manager's reply, "You people," that angered Lucas. He claimed the response was racist because he is African-American. The manager is of Mexican decent.

Lucas e-mailed the general manager claiming he couldn't go to work due to "undue mental anguish" resulting from the napkin debacle.

I just don't understand how this man thinks he will win this battle over a napkin. It's a napkin...
