Man Charged With Trespassing At Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island House

A Maine man has been charged with trespassing at the Rhodes Island beach house of Taylor Swift.   The 55-year-old allegedly handed a security guard a note telling Taylor to call him.  The note included his cell number.

Joseph Bernatche of Portland, Maine will be in court tomorrow for a pretrial conference.  But his lawyer says Bernatche was not on Swift's Westerly property when he handed the guard the note, so he was not trespassing.

It's reported that Westerly police gave the man a "no trespass" notice back in April when he was on Taylor Swift's property for a similar reason.
