Make A Wish Wednesday

When a landmark store in your town closes it's a pretty big deal, especially if it was one of your favorites.

As the weeks and then months go by, you find yourself wondering..."what will be there next?"  And then if your me, you start fantasizing about what the possibilities are, this is where the game gets exciting!

After the Shaw's in Fairhaven closed, I was very upset; that was my supermarket!  Uhg, now what?!  I was not a happy girl.  I was a "Shaw's" shopper.  I liked everything about it from the produce area to their Wild Harvest section.  I knew the store inside out, it was a bummer.

But not long after it closed and was a complete ghost town, I started wondering what would fill the space.  Then it became a game while we were all in the car together driving by the empty space on Huttleston Ave in Fairhaven.  Maybe it will be a new Walmart?  Or what about Target, wouldn't it be great to have a Target right here in Fairhaven?!

I mean, the list of possibilities is endless and as I still hold out hope for a Target, I would also love to see something like Whole Foods in the old Shaw's store.  Anyhow, I put a pole together to get your opinion; your wish, on what YOU would love to see take over the old Shaw's in Fairhaven and I'm calling it "Make A Wish Wednesday."  We'll announce the pole results on Thursday morning during the Rock and Fox show.  Who knows, maybe you'll get your wish :)
