Every Tuesday and Thursday morning, we do a TV segment with ABC 6, the "Morning Talker".

We chat with the folks over there for a few minutes about what's in the news or what's happening locally. A lot of times it's light witty banter and we enjoy the back and forth chatter with Doreen, Mike, Chelsea and Jim.

This past Tuesday, we talked about people posting photos of their dogs to a sick little boys Facebook page to cheer him up, and the push up challenge that Disney Beauty and the Beast's Gaston took on with a tourist. Sometimes we have a heads up on the topics we'll be discussing on air, but sometimes we don't, and this particular day, we didn't.

In some ways it's better to know before going on the air, because it gives us time to think about the topic and formulate thoughts and opinions on it. It also works to go into it with no knowledge, because the response is more organic and natural.

Well, I guess my natural response is pretty colorful! I found the video of our TV segment last night while I was online looking for something else, and the still shot of my face in the video was pretty scary! I looked like I was screaming! After watching the video, it turns out I was laughing at something, but the still that was captured on the video didn't really let that on. I watched the video further, hoping that was the only weird facial expression I had...nope. I found another shot in the video with the look of fear on my face. I looked like I'd seen a ghost! I have no idea why I was making that face.

I'm typically someone who talks with my hands and I guess facial expressions go along with that. I guess I have a very animated way of expressing myself! It could be worse I guess, like 'Resting B**** Face'...no one wants to see that!
