Local Couple Jason And Amy Win ‘The Amazing Race’ And One Million Dollars

After traveling through four continents, nine countries, and more than 35,000 miles, that was the long road local couple, Jason and Amy, had to make in order to secure their win for first place, and the prize of one million dollars from CBS's 'The Amazing Race.'

Attleboro's Jason Case, and Providence's Amy Diaz had previously won second place numerous times throughout the show, including one of those times being in the first half of the two hour finals on Sunday night. Thankfully, they were able to rise above the other four finalist teams and win one million dollars.

I personally would like to congratulate Amy because we used to work together in Lincoln, RI, and now I personally know a millionaire. Proud of you Amy and Jason!
