Lindsay Lohan Arrested in New York City

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan has been arrested in New York City for leaving the scene of a low speed accident that happened at 2am this morning.

She was seen arriving at the Dream Hotel in New York City where he struck a man at low speed while pulling into the parking lot. As she walked into the hotel then left again a half hour later, she was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, then released with a desk appearance ticket, meaning she did not have to pay bail before release.

Do you think this will become an issue for her probation considering she must obey all laws, or is Lindsay Lohan trying to pull the focus off of Amanda Bynes? Shouldn't have tweeted about her Lindsay, karma's a, well you know.

Surveillance Video of the Dream Hotel shows the entire accident. Lindsay Lohan is now saying she did not hit anyone and the accuser made the whole thing up, yet Lindsay's accuser says she was slurring her speech and smelled of alcohol.
