Kid Jumps Over a Cop — Did the Police Officers Overreact? [POLL]

This video popped up on YouTube, so i decided that I might as well check it out. It starts out innocently enough, but then things seem to get a bit out of hand. You be the judge for yourself.

So this kid probably shouldn't have jumped over the police officers. On the other hand, other than being a typical teenager, he really didn't seem to do anything wrong - in my opinion. I understand not wanting to be filmed, but to tackle the kid to the ground and handcuff him? That seems like a bit much.
