TMZ is reporting that Kesha is suing her producer Dr. Luke, claiming he abused her sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally for the past 10 years.

According to the lawsuit, Dr. Luke was abusive towards her right from the start when she signed with him at the age of 18.  She claims he repeatedly made sexual advances towards her, and forced her to use alcohol and drugs.

Kesha recalls one incident in which Dr. Luke forced her to snort drugs before getting on a plane, during which he forced himself on her during the flight.

Another incident, Kesha claims Dr. Luke gave her what he referred to as 'sober pills', which she took and did not wake up until the following afternoon.  When she awoke, she found herself naked in Dr. Luke's bed, and had no recollection of how she got there.

Kesha goes on to speak of the abuse that led to her eating disorder, a story that TMZ broke back in January of this year.  She claims Dr. Luke called her "a fat ****ing refrigerator", and told her she wasn't talented or pretty, just lucky to have him.

As if all of that isn't disturbing enough, she also says there was physical abuse, and speaks of the time he attacked her at his home in Malibu.

Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ:

"This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke."

Geragos adds:

"The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time."

Kesha is asking to be let out of her contract with Dr. Luke.  TMZ called Dr. Luke's rep., but so far, they have not returned the call.
