Six puppies were saved by a kayaker in Uxbridge, MA this weekend, now police want to know who abandoned them.

Uxbridge police posted a photo of the newborn puppies that were saved by the good Samaritan kayaker.

According to the post, the six puppies were left for dead in a grain bag that was dumped in the water near River Road in Uxbridge.

They hope the post will bring anyone with information on who left the newborns forward.

Animal Control did come to the scene after being contacted by the kayaker who found the puppy filled bag. They are currently looking after the puppies who are all expected to survive.

There were three males and three females. And yes, they will be adoptable in the future.
