Kasey Tries: Hula Hoop Lessons with Zerbini Circus

When was the last time you played with a hula hoop? If it's been more than 24 hours, you need to get down to Buttonwood Park this weekend for the New Bedford Police Union's Festival. They brought in the big guns with Zerbini Family Circus. This show will make you feel like a kid again.

I decided to take hula hoop lessons from a true professional. Darinka can work 30 hula hoops at once, and it only took her a year to master!

A portion of the NBPD Festival’s proceeds will benefit the NBPD Scholarship Fund for local college-bound high-school seniors. The Circus show times are Friday at 7:00, Saturday at 3:00p & 7:00p and Sunday at 1:00 & 5:00p. Tickets are $8 for an adult and $6 for kids ages 2-12.
