Lookout, Bart and Homer. Swag is on its way to Springfield.

‘The Simpsons,’ which closed its 23rd season with a Lady Gaga-centric episode, will feature the one and only Justin Bieber in a cameo as himself on an ep titled ‘The Fabulous Faker Boy.’ The cameo will air during the show’s 24th season, which kicks off on Sept. 30 on FOX. It’s a cameo, not a Bieber-themed ep, ladies. So the concept and plot will not revolve around The Biebs or his swag.

The Biebs tweeted “Just did a voice over for ‘The Simpsons,’ #swaggy,” which has since been deleted from his busy and well-followed feed. However, executive producer Al Jean confirmed the news that the singer would be bringing the swag, swag, swag to the show. He also shared a detail about what the ‘As Long as You Love Me’ singer will be doing in Springfield instead of fraternizing with Marge and co.

“He tries to get into a talent show that Bart is playing piano in and they won’t admit him. Draw your own conclusions,” Jean told EW.

The producer continued, “It’s a cameo, but all of his fans should watch every minute of the show, before and after he’s on.”

We love Jean’s ploy to get Beliebers to invest in the entire show even though The Biebs’ screen time is limited, unlike Gaga, who saw a complete episode dedicated to her, her clothes, her diamond tears and her impact on Lisa. Even so, all Beliebers should watch the entire ep of ‘The Simpsons,’ since it’s the funniest show on TV.

‘The Fabulous Faker Boy’ won’t air until 2013.
