We aren't sure if the look on Bieliber Jocelynn's face is 'Hey, this is awkward' or 'Wow this is awesome'. Either way, we're glad she decided to snap this picture.

Talk about friendly! Jocelynn claims via her tweet about the photo that it only looks like Justin Bieber is touching her boob, but unless this is the best use of Photoshop we have ever seen, it seems pretty real to us.
