In case you have been busy celebrating the Holidays you may have missed the latest news according to the Providence Journal ,  Superior Court Judge E. Susan Garsh has ordered that Aaron Hernandez, the former star tight end for the New England Patriots, be transferred back to the Bristol County House of Correction.

The Judge issued the order on Monday that Hernandez, 24, be moved to the jail on Jan. 8, the day before jury selection begins in his murder trial. Jury selections begins on Jan. 9 at 9 a.m. In Fall River Superior Court.

Several months ago, Hernandez was transferred to the Nashua Street Jail in Boston to have better access to his lawyers. Now, he is coming back
