JR Explains Why Getting Older Isn’t So Bad

I recently had a birthday, and it was one of the "big" ones.  So hard to believe I'm no longer 39.  And with the birthday, came the kidding, especially from my good friend Larry, who's on The Fun Morning Show with me and Mr. Rock.   

But my friend, there are some definite advantages that come with getting older.  We no longer need to lie about age.   We simply say, "we forgot".   We can also throw a party and don't have to worry about the neighbors complaining.  When we drive down the street, people got out of our way.   And for me, I no longer feel the need to buy the "extended warranty".

So it's not all bad.    The only regret - I wish I knew then, what I know now.  I would have had a lot more fun when I was your age Larry.
