Join Us Friday Morning And Sign Up For ‘Sharon’s Walk’

The FUN 107 Morning Show with J.R., Michael Rock and Larry will be on location outside St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford Friday morning from 5:30 'til 9.   We'll be at the Taber House Lawn at the corner of Page and Taber Streets.   We invite you to swing by and register for this year's Sharon's Walk.   It wont take long and we have some cool incentives that will make it worth the trip.

Anyone who registers on Friday morning becomes eligible to win a pair of tickets to a game at Fenway Park.   Someone who signs-up will also win a new Brahmin handbag, valued at $225.   And that's not all.   We also have an overnight stay in Vermont, compliments of the Hampton Inn in Fairhaven.   

The Flour Girls Backing Company will be with us too.   They'll give you a free muffin when you buy a hot or cold coffee.   They'll also have their full truck menu available for you to buy their delicious apple cider donut holes, scones, cookies and croissants.   Our friends from Tropical Smoothie will also be with us from 7 until 9 with some free samples.   

The 4th annual Sharon's Walk happens on Sunday, September 29th at New Bedford's beautiful Fort Taber.   It begins at 10 a.m., and all money raised stays local to support the excellent care provided at the Southcoast Center for Cancer Care in Fairhaven.   It's done in honor of our beloved former Morning Show co-host Sharon Fogaren and her Mom.
