She's one of today's best actresses, and apparently, one of the best singers, too. Actress Jennifer Lawrence made the Hot 100 list with a song from the latest Hunger Games movie.

Forbes.com says the song "The Hanging Tree" off of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Pt. 1 soundtrack made it all the way to the number 12 spot. The song sold 200,000 copies and was streamed over 2 million times in the first week, which makes it way bigger than any old movie soundtrack.

Just from the first week, Lawrence's song became the highest-charting Hunger Games song ever, which was an honor previously held by Taylor Swift's "Eyes Open," which peaked at the 19th spot.

It's not like J.Law didn't have stiff competition on the new soundtrack either. The Mockingjay Pt.1 featured original songs from the likes of Kanye West, Charli XCX, Tove Lo, and Grace Jones.

Now, Jennifer Lawrence doesn't get 100% of the credit for the song. Technically, James Newton Howard, who produced the song as well as scored the film, gets the main credit and the song only features her.

The song was written by Suzanne Collins (author of The Hunger Games), along with Jeremiah Fraites and Wesley Schultz from The Lumineers.

If you haven't seen the movie yet, it's awesome, but you can listen to "The Hanging Tree" below!
