James Spader Buys Marion Home

Hollywood star, James Spader, just bought a 1.1 million dollar home right here on the Southcoast.

You may recognize James Spader from the hit TV shows The Blacklist and Boston Legal or his appearances in movies like Lincoln or the Avengers.  What you may not know is growing up he worked at the Marion General Store, where everyone knew him as "Jimmy" and spent summers in Marion.

According to Southcoast Today,  James T. Spader paid $1,174,133 for a home on Fraser Way in Marion. He purchased the home from Fraser Way Trust and Lauren Fraser. We may just be seeing more of James Spader around the Southcoast this summer.
