The days of eating whatever, whenever are gone for me. I can tell. If I don't eat healthy now, it makes for a long day. No energy, headaches, the usual run down feeling. I'll admit, I don't eat at the right times, and I'm usually busy enough at work, where I keep putting off lunch. But NO MORE I SAY!! Time to eat healthier and find some decent vitamins. There are so many though, Reliv, Shakeology, Zango and the list goes on.

If you do research on the internet, the same thing happens for every product. Some people swear by it, others say its a total scam. Which one do you take? And Why?
