It's illegal to bring gas on an airplane, or is it? A new study out today says you should lets some out in the air! not gasoline, but gas!  A Danish gastroenterologist got the idea for the study after dealing with flatulence from several passengers during a flight from Copenhagen to Tokyo.

Being polite and holding it in holds significant drawbacks for the individual, such as discomfort and even pain, bloating, indigestion, heartburn just to name some this according to CBS News.

The study suggests that to deal with the smell of a passenger passing gas mid-flight, airlines should use charcoal to deal with the air up there. Even though the all-clear was given for passengers to “just let it go,” researchers conducting the study warned that pilots shouldn’t let one rip while in the cockpit.

Let's just hope nobody ate Mexican before the flight.
