Some people tell me I"m too nostalgic. I love old stuff, old music, old TV shows, and old movies. People make fun of how things were done back then. Instead, I appreciate what they were to people back then.

A CLASSIC is about to be re done, in the form of a a sequel, and I ask why.

A new version of "It's A Wonderful Life"  is underway. The sequel, titled It's A Wonderful Life: The Rest of the Story, is expected in theaters for the 2015 holiday season.

Karolyn Grimes, who played George Bailey's daughter Zuzu in the original, will return for the sequel as an angel who shows Bailey's unlikable grandson, who is also named George, how much better off the world would have been had he never been born.

I say , leave the classics alone! I'm sure its going to be laoded with special effects, like every other movie made today, and I doubt it will have the mass appeal, and sentimental value that the original did back in 1946.

Maybe i'm wrong. Perhapsit will be a giant hit, and 65 years from now, we will be watching it on TV every year, but I doubt it.

Let's watch the famous scene from the original.
